In order to maintain our high quality standards we always pay high attention to quality control, Quality always comes FIRST !

1.Checking bulk fabric (Quality, Weight, Colour etc.)

2.Relax fabric prior to cutting to prevent the fabric retraction.

3.Cutting: QC checks to ensure cut work is as per the pattern

4.Holding of Pre-Production meeting prior to cutting: Highlight all comments, ensure they are    followed and ensure the production team have the signed approved PP sample for guidance.

5.Making production sample to check the pattern, size, and workmanship.

6.Under production: Carry our regular In-Line QC checks at every operation to ensure quality is upheld.

7.FRI inspection: Perform AQL – Approve = Ship   Fail = Action 100% inspection

8.Packing: Making sure the packing details are correct.

9.If in Doubt, Shout up and Ask for guidance if your unsure!

10. With our QC team we Ensure Quality is paramount and followed at every step of the process from Start to Finish!
